God’s Omnipresence To The Believer

On a Thursday, we normally join our friends in prayer at The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters chapel. However, we were not able to participate as my wife needs to stay home after undergoing cataract surgery last Monday.

Then she had some ear infection which necessitated going to the Polyclinic to consult the doctor.

While waiting at the Polyclinic we had our prayer using the programme prepared by Major Ruth Pascoe. We sat quietly and joined our comrades around the world praying. It is good to congregate with like minded people to pray, but there are times when this is not possible and we can pray wherever we may be. Our God is present everywhere and we believe He always answers prayer.

“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” Matt.18:19-20
