Abundant blessings.

There is a saying, "It never rains but pours."  Blessings of God come in abundance!

I had always wanted to visit the Gardens by the Bay. So last Wednesday the opportunity came and for only a small sum of only $4.00 each, we joined the Bukit Panjang Family Centre folk and visited the Gardens. We had a great time.

The day after, Ms. Wong Yen Fong of the Editorial Department took us by car to the same place. The Editor Major Lynn Gibbs has planned to feature us in next month's War Cry, July issue to honour us for 60 years of unbroken service as officers in The Salvation Army.  She wanted Yen to take pictures of us in uniform in the Gardens! Kenny Choe, a salvationist, who is also a professional photographer took half a day off to take the photos. What a privilege.

A friend called Betty who used to work at THQ Finance Department paid for the tickets to visit the two domes and she also provided lunch!   Two consecutive days visiting Gardens by the Bay.

God sends His blessings like rain,  - pouring rain in abundance.
