Funeral of Mrs. Foo

We attended the funeral of Mrs. Foo on Friday morning at Mandai Crematorium conducted by the Corps Oficer, (pastor) Captain Hary Haran. Christopher Foo one of the sons gave an eulogy. It was a beautiful service of celebration for a life well lived. In the evening I joined the family for dinner at Jumbo restaurant at East Coast Park.Lieut, Colonel Bob Lee very kindly came to fetch me and Major Paul Herring there. I understand this was the wish of Mrs. Foo made known to the family before her promotion to Glory. We say goodbye to the ones we love. In Christ have that calm assurance that one day we will see them again.
